Removal of Conditions (I-751)
If your marriage was less than two years old when your green card was granted, your status will be conditional. Shortly before the two-year anniversary, you and your spouse must file a petition to remove those conditions. We guide you through building a strong case that your marriage was genuine. We have never had an I-751 petition denied in over 15 years of practice.
Fiancé(e) Visas / K-1
The K-1 fiancé(e) visa allows you to bring your intended spouse to the United States to marry within 90 days of arrival. Once the marriage is registered, we will seek adjustment of status on your behalf.
Child Status Protection Act
This law allows 'aged-out' children, under certain circumstances, to recalculate their biological age for immigration purposes and obtain green cards along with other family members. Contact us for a case evaluation.
